Dan is a personal coach, operational executive and speaking professional who presents powerful and entertaining programs in the areas of business, sales and personal motivation.
He brings over three decades of leadership experience in the sales and marketing of technology solutions. Schultheis served as CEO and Director of Consulting Services for Gyrus Systems, a high-tech software publishing firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.
Prior to Gyrus, he spent five years as Vice-President of Broughton Systems, also in Richmond. In this position, he was responsible for business development, large account management, public relations, and HR training and recruiting.
Schultheis spent the major part of his time at IBM. After holding several management positions, he finished his 25-year career in Richmond as a branch manager.
Since 1992 he has helped several Central
Virginia business owners, in over 14 various industries, serving in various
capacities from senior marketing and sales executive to executive
coach. From 2012 to 2014 he was COO of Motley’s Auction & Realty Company. Since then Schultheis has spent his time in a coaching role to small to medium business executives.

Schultheis holds a BA degree in Physics from Villa Madonna College. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of Virginia Union University for 15 years, was a member of the James Madison University Business School Executive Advisory Council for 5 years. He is also has been a member of the National Speakers Association for over 10 years and was an Adjunct Professor for the VCU Center for Corporate Education.
